THE FLAVOURS OF GARDA

You can discover Garda and its curious universe of flavours with the tasty and genuine products of local enogastronomy, in restaurants and at farms: olive oil, citrus fruits and in particular lemons, truffles, saffron from Pozzolengo, numerous wines, lake fish such as sardines, eel, whitefish, char, just to name a few.

If you love wines, spend a few moments to visit at least one of the many local wineries, in Sirmione or around the lake: do not forget to discover and enjoy a fresh glass of Lugana, the native wine of this part of Lake Garda and of the homonymous hamlet of Sirmione, as well as Chiaretto of Bardolino and Valtenesi, Groppello, the new sparkling wine with controlled designation of origin from the territory of Lake Gada and the wines of the area, such as  Franciacorta, the wines of the Morenic Hills and those of Valpolicella.
